We offer infusion therapies for the treatment of MS, either as prophylactic or relapse therapy depending on the indications.
- Ocrevus® is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with active relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis or with primary progressive multiple sclerosis to slow disease progression and reduce deterioration in walking speed.
- Tysabri® is indicated as disease-modifying monotherapy for highly active relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (MS) in patients with high disease activity despite treatment with disease-modifying therapy and in rapidly progressive relapsing-remitting MS.
- Privigen®/Octagam® is given as an infusion in patients including those with with chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy or myasthenia gravis.
We also offer infusion therapies with immunoglobulins for certain autoimmune-mediated diseases of the nervous system, such as Guillain-Barré syndrome, CIDP or MMN. The two infusion wards are located within our practice in Bern. During your outpatient stay, you will be cared for by our specially trained medical staff, who will make your treatment experience as pleasant as possible.
